MUST Have Bulletin Board

Don't you just L-O-V-E pinterest?!?  I know that I do!  Between pinterest and the awesome blogs that I follow I am super stoked about my new reading bulletin board.  I will be combining the Facebook/Reading Status idea that I learned about from Brandee at Creating Lifelong Learners.

And the adorable play on the Call Me Maybe song, which incidentally is my ringtone :)  picture found on Pinterest HERE.

My plan is to retype the phrase/almost lyrics above on this super cute FUNky frog paper that I found at my local teacher supply store and use it as the bulletin board title.  Next I will take pictures of my students to use and recreate the Facebook/Reading Status board so that students can make book recommendations to one another.  I hope that it will be as powerful and adorable as I am envisioning.  (Wish me luck.)  I will be back in August with actual pictures of the creation.

  1. Okay, I am SO glad you reposted about this, because I missed the Facebook/Reading status update the first time. Um... doing! Love it! Thanks for helping find some of the gems I missed during the year.
