Bye Bye Spring Break

        I am sitting here watching one of my favorite movies, The Notebook, as the last few hours of spring break slip away.  It is such a great movie!  I think my favorite part from both the book and the movie is something that Noah says at the beginning.  He says,

“I am nothing special; of this I am sure.  I am a common man with common thoughts, and I’ve led a common life.  There are no monuments dedicated to me and my name will soon be forgotten, but I’ve loved another with all my heart and soul, and to me, this has always been enough.” 

and I just melt!  Oh how I love grand romantic gestures but these simple words from the heart-they get me every time!!!  I hope that everyone has a great week : )
